Instead of that sandwich on the two pieces of white bread, make yourself a “wrap” with a natural wheat tortilla. Instead of snacks that are fried, high in carbs, high in sugars, substitute a piece of fruit or better for you snacks that are all natural, low in carbs, no added sugars – but still taste great.
